When will I get my money?
Usually, it takes about 3-4 weeks to complete the transaction depending on
receipt of the proper documentation

How much will I get?
The amount you receive depends on various factors.
- Total value of the account.
- Term of the account and number of payments left.
- What agency is involved in the payout to you.
- Assignability of the payments.
- Quality of the note.
Most awards are based on "present value" which is how much the note/account is
worth today. We will be happy to give you a quote when you submit the
questionaire Form. We may need to call you for
additional information, as well.

Will I have to pay taxes on my payout??
On June 10, 1999, the IRS issued Private Letter Ruling 119273-97,
which confirmed that an individual's sale of their structured settlement
payments
would not create a tax liability to that individual. However: we suggest you
consult a tax professional or attorney. We are not licensed to advise you on tax
matters.

Are all structured settlements eligible?
Most are, but a few are not. We do not buy second position notes. Some awards or
annuities may be "non-assignable". We will need to evaluate them on a case by
case basis. We do not buy notes on mobile homes without land. We do not
purchase workman's compensation awards, Social Security payments, divorce court
judgements or retirement plans/IRA's. Please note, we do not buy real estate
properties.
